Cancellation and Refund Policy for Preorder Products/Codes :
A refund will not be issued for a preorder product to a customer’s dissatisfaction with the product once the code has been delivered to him.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Digital Products/Codes :
- A refund will not be issued due to the customer’s dissatisfaction with the product once the code has been delivered to him.
- A refund will not be issued if the customer has bought the wrong game once the code has been delivered to him.
- A refund will not be issued once the code has been delivered to the customer.
- In certain cases (unprocessed transactions), a refund will be processed only through the same mode of payment, i.e., payment to the same account that was used during the transaction. 10% cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will not be issued if the customer’s computer does not meet the minimum product requirements.
- Orders of PC digital products and PSN digital products like Fortnite, Xbox, etc., codes cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
- In the unlikely event that your digital key is not working, we will contact the key provider on your behalf. The key provider will carry out an investigation, and only if they conclude that the key was actually not working will we issue a replacement key, and the old key will get blacklisted. This process will take a minimum of 21 working days. The decision of the key provider will be final in any such cases.
- Refund on Cancellation—Any refund requested by the customer will attract a 10% penalty.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Physical Products/Codes :
- The company provides a refund only in case of faulty and damaged condition, after investigation.
- For PC games, kindly be aware of the high system requirements before making a purchase, as there are no refunds or returns possible for PC games.
- Refunds will be processed for the cancelled order only through the same mode of payment, i.e., payment to the same account that you used during the transaction. For credit card/debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is as per the bank’s standard time frame, which is approximately 8-10 business days. For COD/checkqe/DD mode of payment, refund processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per the billing name provided. For non-delivered items, a refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
- Cancellations for products that cannot be cancelled will be a 50% deduction as a restocking fee, and refunds take 4 weeks to process.
