I tried placing an order through credit card/debit card, etc., but the order was not successful. What will happen to the money deducted from the bank account?
First of all, please check your bank/credit card account to ensure that the amount has been debited. If the same has happened after the payment failure, the bank normally rolls back the amount in 7 business days. For PC games, kindly be aware of the high system requirements before making a purchase, as there are no refunds or returns possible for PC games.
Refunds will be processed for the cancelled order only through the same mode of payment, i.e., payment to the same account that you used during the transaction. For credit card/debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is as per the bank’s standard time frame, which is approximately 8-10 business days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per the billing name provided. For non-delivered items, a refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
On prepaid orders, 10% cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
